Actually, the other night we were having dinner with friends who are on a 'heart healthy' diet, and she had fried chicken breasts (in olive oil), mashed potatoes (with yogurt instead of butter & milk) and no-fat white gravy (a mix - Pioneer brand - she said the others are not good), and I have to tell you, that gravy was really GOOD! Who would ever think it could be, but it was, promise!
