I wasn't aware of it if he did -- someone correct me. Jim McDougal died, but I think Hubbell is still alive.

arresting 28 workers on immigration violations ... the Fort Worth facility, which employs more than 100 workers

So, between 1/4 and 1/3 of Spirit's Ft. Worth employees are illegal aliens who produced forged documents and lied on job applications? And the company was naive to this?

Spirit appears to be complicit in immigration violations, and it is exactly this "wink wink nod" conspiring that lies at the root of Enron, Worldcom, Andersen, and Xerox.

Egregious violations of immigration law create an atmosphere of general lawlessness.

I'll support the ethics of GWB and Ashcroft only when the officers of companies such as Spirit are charged and prosecuted for this complicity.

You may be right. I just got tired of monitoring all of the rats involved with the Clintoons. So I don't bother keeping track of them any more.

If Hubbell is still alive, he knows more of what the Clintoons did from the time the Toon became AG of Arkrazy to his presidential reign of terrorism against Americans than any other living guy.

Go to Yahoo.com and do a google seach on Hubbell, Webster. The data there will keep you busy the rest of the year or better. It is amazing.

Forging official documents, using or posessing forged documents during time of war has historically been classified as espionage. This goes past regular civil misdemeanor laws now that we're at war.

Espionage by foreign nationals on US soil can be addressed by military tribunal, too.

Detroit and Fort Lauderdale for sure. Throw in Northern NJ and SD and you just about have them in the net.

Glad for the information about India and the East. The Romans wore silk and they certainly weren't raising silk worms themselves.

Spirit Airlines, the largest privately held airline in the country, started as a Detroit charter company 12 years ago. Today, it is a passenger line with 28 McDonnell Douglas MD-80 planes and makes 100 flights a day to 15 destinations across the United States and to the Caribbean.

The airline's headquarters are now in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Its planes undergo repair, modifications and painting at the Fort Worth facility, which employs more than 100 workers, said Laura Bennett, a Spirit Airlines spokeswoman.

The airline does not operate commercial flights in or out of Meacham Airport, she said.

sounds like quite an enterprise.

It needs to be addressed by a firing squad.

How close is Fort Lauderdale to Venice....maybe Daniel Hopsicker might know about this Spirit Airlines (sounds like a CIA front).

This story is sooo full of holes. These workers to be legit would need a social security number...passports, driver's licenses don't cut it. The bosses of this company should be held liable...but no mention of that is there?
