To: Come get it
They went to Central Station with this evidence at 2:45 a.m. on May 30. Police took a fraud report, and told them Stevens was wanted on a $50,000 grand theft arrest warrant in San Diego County and two warrants in San Bernardino County for receiving stolen property.

With all the effeminate handwringing these two sound like faggots but hidden in the story there is mention of a "girlfriend".

They didn't need a stun gun or a net. All they needed was two extra large wool socks, four heavy-duty green plastic bags (to double inside one another) and two pounds of salt or sand to put inside the plastic bags. It'd leave no marks and the struggle wouldn't have lasted long enough to turn into a chase. Preferably one, but if need be two men, wailing away on one thief with these would produce the credit cards in quick order.
