Any time this animal does anything -- jaywalking, littering, mopery with intent -- throw the book at him.

They will. Monsters like this invariably end up breaking the law again within a few months. Occasionally it's as soon as a few HOURS after release.

"Monsters like this invariably end up breaking the law again within a few months."

Roughly 100 victims. That means that their families were affected, too. Conservatively, that's another 1,000 people -- all with a longstanding grudge. All living in the same area Williams very foolishly decided to move back to. I'm not so sure this man will have a few months. Two of his accomplices, including his brother, could get out next year by simply enrolling in the sex offender program and keeping out of trouble. But neither of them has done this. Instead, they seem willing to stay in the cooler until 2012, nine more years than they would otherwise serve. Is it because they're in denial about their "problem," or is it because they're both smarter than Rob Williams?

If I were an underwriter, I wouldn't sell him life insurance, not for any premium. People like him are accident prone.
