Yes to the 15%, and my point exactly: 15% rate of active and dangerous Jihadists is an asoundingly high number. Throw in passive support from family members and friends, and you have perhaps 40% of the moslem population as part of the problem, or part of the support of the problem in the form of paying their room and board. That means deprting all illegal Moslems and reviewing the visa status of legal ones for Jihadist/Islamist ties is a perfectly valid and productive way to make the U.S. safer.

In my opinion, it's 100% and I will tell you why.

Ask ANY believing Muslim if they want to see Sharia'h Law (Islamic Law) replace current US Law. If they are true Muslims then they have to choice but to wish for this, as this is what Mohammed called for (Koran 40:17).

I'm not saying 100% of them are active or passive terrorists. What I'm saying is that Islam is out to overthrow our (any) system of government (that is non-Islamic).
