There is a difference between pandering and not attacking. That's funny; you'd never know it by the quick reaction of those who scream "anti-Semitism" at the merest hint that full and slavish and unquestioned support for the government of the secular State of Israel might be a questionable thing.

I understand where you are coming from, and that you are saying that for the Weisenthal Center, vouchers simply aren't their major focus, but you should know that for some of us, vouchers ARE a major issue.

Stop lumping the Jewish orgs together. This is what sloppy LLied does. I will bet the Weisenthal website has nothing on vouchers.

I guess I crossed the ADL and Weisenthal. I was surprised myself that Weisenthal would involve itself in this issue. I thought they were more focused on life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness on this globe, and how to deflect group hatreds from traducing it.

What is the ACLU doing about vouchers? They actaully go to court and make things happen in contrast to liberal Jewish organizations that issue press releases on school vouchers and not much more.

Oh... it looks like the ADL filed an amicus brief on vouchers. Probably a worthless one and just for fund raising image. I doubt the AJC or that woman's org filed anything.

Isn't the ACLU Jewish, along with the League of Woman Voters? TIC. Actually I don't mind the ACLU going to court. That is fine with me. What I mind (sometimes, not always) is when judges agree with their point of view.
