Her lawyer has brought up the fact that identification could be done by fingerprints or DNA. Ok I can agree with that on the following condition. She is held in custody as an unidentifiable person until her identity can be confirmed by the fingerprints or the DNA.

If you completely own something (have allodial title), then shouldn't you be able to buy and sell...whatever it is...without government intervention?

I've only read up to #68, but does that mean that the state owns all real estate as well? Is this why the state can "confiscate" homes and vehicles of drug dealers and drunk drivers, etc, because it owns them in the first place?

Lawfully they do. Once you give them the DEED, and you receive the "Certificate of Title" on you property, you have given them the allodial title, and you have equity title.

First thing is just becuase it is "lawful", doesn't make it legal. The whole system for vehicles and property is based on "Torrens system" and Marxism. Ultimately, it is based on deception and fraud makeing the ones operating the deception criminals.

Finally, by "common law", if you have the equity title, you are supposed to be able to take the proof of 100% equity title to the allodial title holder and recieve the allodial title. However, the state illegally destroys the Manufacturers Certificate of Origin (for vehicles) after they are microphished. Therefore they destroy the "allodial title" in violation of law.
