I believe Congress has the power -- buried in 10 inches of dust and cobwebs by now -- to limit the matters that can be addressed by the courts. But, being Congress, it has handed off all kinds of risky issues like school integration and religion to the judiciary as too hot for elective officials to handle.

I forgot about State ratification for amendments....that one's sunk for sure.

What about limiting district court jurisdiction, as I think this bill does just that, is that unConstitutional as well. Or had you, Colonel, already answered that question in your last reply.
