Ninth Circuit Court implores the states of Kalifornia, Oregon and Washington to make a Department of anti-GOD. One of the functions of the new department will be to field a paramilitary SWAT team, complete with wiretaps and microphones to stop people from uttering GOD during nocturnal activities.

Exceptions will be made for same-sex and inter-species relationships.
