Who can now proceed to destroy the private schools, the way they have the public schools.

Without a doubt, there will be lawsuits trying to force government regulations on private schools who accept vouchers. I support vouchers, but I am concerned about the eventual outcome of this.

I have always thought the best solution is a tax credit for parents who private or home school. Maybe this will work out - I will be hopeful.

I like the tax credit idea a lot more. It's cleaner -- no strings attached. A targeted tax cut is still a means for the government to influence private behavior, but it's still better.
