They could have traveled over to DW while they were in the parking lot, getting SOOOO HIGH. While DW was in the bar, and they knew DW was in while they were outside.

The DA is using them as quantatative witness, not qualatative their -power-(for lack of better word)is that he has four witness that are not related to the family, that testify to the whereabouts and activities of the Vandam's during the majority of the time.

However, this does not help Damon who had a four hour window of opportunity to do the deed, or set up the deed.

They're either four witnesses, or four accomplices, depending on how this plays out, I guess.

I can't quite bring myself to believe it, but several times during testimony, it seemed uncanny that Brenda took Danielle to DW's at just the right time to provide opportunity to spread 'contaminants' that could damn him later. And she is the one who pointed the police at him. I wonder when she did decide to pin this on him.... before Friday, or sometime on Saturday? Was it opportunity on her part, or forethought?

But it's too hard to postulate that she knew what was coming.

I wish I could believe that the VDs were distraught, but their behavior has just been so calculating -- What's been happening in court, the new car, the re-do on the house. Is Danielle's room now cleaned out, with new paint and carpeting and turned into a home office or playroom? It wouldn't surprise me.

DVD's testimony about the gate across the door screamed at me that all the evidence of what happened to her was somewhere else. He was sure of that, he could afford to keep the room. I'm a believer in cremation, but I think I'd wait to cremate my child's body until I knew her killer was convicted, just in case. The VDs certainly have the right to make whatever arrangements they like, but I know I'd do differently.

I'm watching to see how Feldman deconstructs the 'Loaves and Fishes' pizza, and the world's biggest joint. These folks weren't temperate about anything in their lives. Denise's and Branda's cockiness in the stand will come back to bite both of them, I'm sure.

PDvD has no alibi...you are correct, and his hours spent meandering thru the house napping, watching TV(what program did you watch?) Oh just surfing...........Playing video games ,taking the dogs chewed up bed to the laundry, putting the kids to bed and tucking them in and oh yeah, kissing them goodnight, letting the dog out to pee,did that 3/4 times,nope, didn't see no stinken security lights blinking cause even tho I had to walk past the security panel to leave my bedroom , I just didn't look at it. Danielle didn't really do anything, me and the boys just ignored her cause she was sitting in a different room writing in her journal. She 's only seven but she writes a lot in that journal. Oh, I remember now, Barb did spend some time on my bed, but Brenda knew that. I just rubbed Barb's back alittle bit and kissed her a few times. I do remember we all gathered at the kitchen table after Brenda and HER FRIENDs came home from the bar, we had warmed up Pizza cause Brenda bought the biggest ole Pizza you ever did see. Think we had about three meals from the big ole Pizza. Oh, I do remember I woke up about 3 AM and right away I saw that security blinken, Guess I had my eyes open good that time cause the bedroom was really dark this time and I could see that security light real good. I made a bee line to that sliden door cause I just knew Brenda's friends had left it open before, even tho we didn't check on the kids before we went to bed nor even after I found that sliden door open because we live in this real secure neighborhood so wasn't anything to be concerned about. I just went back to bed and slept like a baby. Wasn't til Saturday mornin that Brenda found Danielle missing. But what the heck, I didn't think it was important so we didn't tell the cops what all had gone before we discovered Danelle missing. We knew she sleepwalked but the new neighbor said he didn't see Danielle out side sleepwalking. Oh, never mind about the sleepwalking, she only did that anyway when she had to go to the bathroom. She'd come into my bedroom and do a "pottie dance", thats all. Look, once the cops told me how serious this situation was then me and Brenda fessed up to all that stuff everyone's been talken about, you know, the sex, booze,drugs, spouse swappen,and the swingen. All the perv,I mean friends that Brenda brought into the house that Friday night. Really, it was only 14 hours after Danielle went missen before we told the cops what happened that night. I didn't think any of that was important to Danielle's being gone,our lifestyle,you know? Fact is I still don't.

But, hey, there' this real creepy guy a couple doors down,I saw him leaven in his motorhome this mornin and he is really weird. You might wanna check him out..........
