That just it. I can relate. I'm thinking of all these things that are pointed out (mid-aged man, heavy drinker, wants to rock-n-roll with Barb, porn on the computer), all this seems rather ordinary. I don't do it, but i wouldn't execute someone esle who did.

As to the child porn; I haven't heard if these were regular files or recovered or even cache files. If deleted then DW looked at it, didn't like it and made it go away.
If it was in the browser cache, it just means he visited a porn site. No testimony on how long he lingered.
And as I've wondered on an earlier thread; he could be running a proxy in front of Neil's computer to share the DSL (?) bandwidth. If so, everything the son hit would be on the office disk.
None of this was brought up in the DAs examination for the obvious reason that it would undercut the spin value.
I'll bet Feldman will bring these things up.
While I think his mom has some issues..
I get the impression that both DW and his mother are emotionally cold. In the mothers case she turned bitter after Earl died (moms favorite ? just a guess)
Note that she walked away leaving her daughter with David senior ("I left him his daughter" ?).
It seems like the whole family put the 'fun' back into dysfunctional.
As to DW religion and spirituality, I'll pass.
Also, I'd like to know if it's true whether he really had adult or kid parties at his house..so far, we've not had neighbors to confirm or deny..
So far this has only been testified to by Brenda. She is the victims mother and her story seems to wander day-to-day, I give her negative credibility points.
