Faulkner, the bug guy, wasn't he at the autopsy?
Why would the prosecution not call him?..surely he has information regarding the bugs that deflect Feldman and/or help the prosecution?....or not.
I think the Prosecution found out due to "discovery" from the Defense that Faulkner can't do them any good. In fact, he is going to prove DW couldn't have deposited Danielle's body there, someone else had to.
Faulkner is the Defense's "ace"...as promised by Feldman in HIS opening statements.
