That is a news article..written by the media..the same media Judge Mudd says should be taken out behind the barn for their inaccurate reporting on this case.

The search warrants were not executed until 2:30am on 2/5..the puter was porn surfing while DW was with the police...there were no police in his house porn surfing on 2/4.

Well, my daughter and her friends saw the van Dams at the San Diego County Fair, yesterday. The van Dams were going on the rides with their two boys. She said a woman came up to them and told Brenda and Damon how "sorry she was for all the trouble they were going through." Apparently a man walked up to them and just said, "Fools!" and walked on. Another woaman said, loud enough for them to hear, "Perverts."
She said it was so wierd to see them there and she really thought Damon looked gay. Hmmmmm....

If the cops weren't looking while he was gone..was it is son? using that address is an odd way to locate a file..it was a temp file. I wonder who found that out? the police when they copied all the files etc? How did we find it out..in ph?

Don't know...maybe 4 drunks eating chocolate chip cookies, chips and pizza made a terrible mess..there had to have been 12 pizza boxes to throw away....

I was thinking temp file. cache is kind of like a temp file.. Well, if it was son, and his son is innocent..maybe he was freaking out...and looking at what was on the puter. Hmmm, peculiar. so whoever it was, surfed the net AND typed in addresses to files on the puter right?

It appears it probably was the son or some unknown person putting porn on his computer or the police were there putting porn on his computer.....it wasn't DW.

We found out about this on cross examination by Feldman to Mr. Watkins....Mr. Watkins had not been instructed to look for anything that someone could have done besides DW.
