He pimped his wife and ignored his daughter. He's currently acting like a major jerk in court. He appears, IMO, devious enough to try to make it look like someone else did it anyway. Remember the magnet trick? Wonder where the Super-X casing really came from? It's very odd about the alarm lights too.

THey've had the evidence since March 1 or before. Why did they wait until April to send it out? Hopes of stalling the trial?

Actually, the house has been painted and carpet replaced. All evidence in the VD house has been destroyed.

The pizza gang covering for DVD is a big stretch...the only way I could see it playing is if the ecstasy was given to him by one of them...Danielle got a hold of it and they thought they could all be implicated in her death....(don't see Rich and Keith in this necessarily)...like I said..wildly speculating.

You know, Rheo, I don't even know if Damon or Brenda actually ever went to sleep that night...Again, they are their own alibi's.

I keep thinking about Danielles two front permanent teeth. We have all had exeriences with our teeth from baby to adult. I have too. I had 4 permanant adult teeth removed years ago to fit braces. I was 14. I had to have a lot of novacaine. The dentist rocked and rolled with those pliers. It took more than one visit to pull all four.

Danielle's two front teeth were permanent front adult teeth, well rooted-front teeth. Not the week rooted baby teeth that are being pushed out by the well rooted adult teeth behind them. I say it took alot of force to dislodge her two front teeth. I don't think peridontis/sp?? (deterioration of the gums) or putrification in the mouth caused that, because remember she was only missing 4, the week rooted baby teeth logically would be the first to go. According to some examiners who ex-rayed she had all the others-except the four.

And they STILL wouldn't let Team Feldman go back into the house to search for evidence. Wonder what the Defense could have been looking for that wasn't painted over or replaced?? :~)

Hmmm...back to look for evidence...they wouldn't have found anything anyway...just like the Capital Police said no other evidence in the area of Chandra...just some old chicken bones....LOL

I've also thought that he went to Dad's around 11pm...saw BVD and DW in the parking lot....she was trying to get DW to come home that night and be with her and Damon....BVD went to the parking lot at closing to call him and tell him she failed to do so.....angered and ecstasied, Danielle came into the MB to find out why daddy was mad...he snapped and smothered her with the dog bed.

BVD brought Barb home to placate him, unaware of what had happened.

DVD had placed Danielle back in her bed and put the bean bag and stuff at the end of the bed (as BVD testified she saw that morning) in case someone looked in on her, her form was there but couldn't see she wasn't breathing.

The garage door had been opened by DVD to plant the seed of an intruder and have the pizza gang (Denise) as a witness to it being opened.

The MB was then shampooed where Danielle had lost her bowels and the story planned.

Danielle was carried out of the house on or in the dog bed (in case someone came forward, the shredding by the dog story was invented)

She was picked up by UNSUB that DVD had called to take care of it (unID'd prints) or he took her somewhere (not sure).

The orange & misc fibers found in DW's house but not MH, were from Danielle, but on the cookie trip, after she had played with Layla on that bed.

DW, by refusing to hook up w/BVD that night, became the target.

I am not posting over here much, Rheo... the discussion on the refugee board is much more interesting to me, but wanted to tell you that this last post of yours is very thought provoking. Perhaps you could post it over there!

Of course I didn't take it the wrong way - I know you were just thinking out loud as I often do. Officially I am "on the fence" so to speak. This case is so strange - one can't help but have questions and the speculation is half the fun. I have thought of about a million scenarios - some involing DW as the perp - many not. I will wait till the trial is over to complete my official judgement.

Equating FL decay with CA decay rates should not be done, ever. The difference in humidity, insects and bacteria are phenomenal. FL is a swamp and much of CA is arid desert or semi-desert. I do not think the mummification is at all unusual.

Why don't we ususally hear of a recovered body being mummified?...is it just because we are following this so closely that we know about it or is it common and I have just not heard it?
