All this is nice and good, but it means nothing from a legal standpoint. Only a higher court or a constitutional amendment can reverse this idiot. Otherwise, a resolution has about as much standing as Yassir Arafat's "condemnation" of suicide bombers.

True, but the real "juice" in this story is the public debate it will ignite. The Pledge is part of all our childhoods. It will flush the atheistic lib's hidden agenda out from the darkness into the light just as 9/11 did with "inclusion" and moral relativism.

I think this is a huge gift with a pretty bow to conservatives. This is definitely a pitch we can hit out of the park. This is the kind of thing that can turn an election in a big way.
