Judicial decisions are designed to buffer the Constitution against the arbitrary whims of the people. No petition should matter to a judge; only the law should matter.

However, given that this fantastic "wall of seperation" fiat has become a guiding principle of Constitutional law, I think it would be more worthwhile to spread around the word that the original case in which these magic words came up was something of a farce. The judge referenced only the First Amendment and read into it what later became the no entanglement and then the no support "clauses."

61 years America's sons and daughters proudly fought valiently for our freedom against an enemy that would trample and enslave us to a dark hellish existence. Today a scourge in black robes sitting on a high bench of the court, a mere mortal, told us our Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional because of the mention of God which he found offensive.

Today's decision is a betrayal of generations of brave Americans who shed their precious blood and sacrificed their young lives for our freedom. He spat on their courage, valor and the many heartfelt prayers from loved ones on the homefront and their own prayers to God for strength to see them through the mammoth struggle to keep America free from the very tyranny of this judge's vile decision.

We must peacefully stand our ground against such judicial tyranny. We can do so by signing the Pledge.

On the morning of September 11 Judge Goodwin when Americans woke up to the horrific terrorist attacks on innocent men, women and children, just where do you think most of us turned to for strength and comfort in the face of such hate and evil? You or God?

We proudly stood together, we waved our flags, we prayed to God, we prayed for the safety of our loved ones, we prayed for the brave firemen and policemen who ran in the burning buildings while others rushed out, we prayed with all of our might, yes we prayed hard and deeply.

Do you remember the braw words of a very brave man on Flight 93 that morning when all of the passengers knew without a doubt what they must do and before they faced their enemy in order to stop further destruction by the terrorists they prayed. Yes they prayed hard and fast to the end.

How dare you decide God is offensive.

I don't know who is monitoring this "so-called" petition, but someone had better check some of the phoney, base, and outright obscene "signatures", or this petition will be filed in File 13 at the Supreme Court. Have you checked out a few of those signatures??? I wouldn't put my name on anything that contains a few of those comments. I encourage you to read all of them before you sign.
