Good behaviour means that you cant remove them except for cause, serious moral terpitude and things like that - impeachiment is the only remedy. You must have slept through civics class the day they discussed how the judiciary works?

I will venture a guess that I took Civics at a time when it still meant something and you did not.

Good behavior, or more specifically the lack thereof rightfully includes making un-Constitutional decisions.

Are you going to point out the reference in the Constitution to impeaching judges or do I need to re-read that document and verify for myself that it is not there?
