Time for bush to fire the judges of the 9th who voted for this. This would send an unambiguous message to the rest of the federal judges.

Clinton appointed over half the active judges in the 9th, they were overturned 19 out of 20 in the most recent Supreme Court session.

You cant fire Federal Judges, jeeeeeeeeeez, some of you need to retake civics 101.
Judges can only be impeached.
