It is a lot more possible for a wacky federal court to declare the text of the U.S. Constitution to be un-Constitutional, than for the laws of gravity to be repealed. Yes? You insinuate that it is just as possible for the earth to stop spinning on its axis? That is a weak analogy, in my humble opinion. And I am not talking about centrifical force.
