Besides, I don't see what the stink is. Kids have a right in a public school not to be endoctrinated on the subject of religion. You don't get it, do you? It's not enough that they have the CHOICE not to be endoctrinated; they don't want the ones who DO want to pledge/pray to be able to.
It's denying the majority their rights to satisfy one seven year old girl --- WHOSE FATHER HAS DECIDED THAT SHE IS AN ATHEIST (WONDER IF HE FORCED THAT ON HERE) and her damn father. I'm sick of it.

Who was it, that Fox interviewed and said they were praying for the safety of their family? Was it this guy, or the lawyer? I thought it was him...I have made a horrible mistake thinking it was him that said he was praying..obviously it wasn't. Sorry.
