I find it funny that you appear to be in the gross minority on this court ruling. In fact, most of the liberal congress aren't even going along with this ruling against religion and freedom of speech. One of the judges who made this ruling put a stay (sp?) on it btw. I don't think it'll make it past a second round.

BTW, do you believe that most of the constitutional framers and American citizens of the time were athiests and agnostics or believers in God? Don't you think that these personal beliefs had even a little bit of bearing on the Constitution?

Given the backlash against this ruling (or more commonly the gross misrepresentation of the implications of this ruling), it would be political suicide to endorse or support it. Liberal politicians may be sleazy but they are not stupid. Still, I don't see how it is a ruling against freedom of speech. So far no one has been able to explain exactly how this ruling stifles individual freedom of speech or religious expression; perhaps you could be the first?

Most of the Constitutional framers were theists of some sort, at least thats what I've gathered from their writings. What's your point?
