Where is Atta getting his financing in this scenario?
During the hight of the dot.com era,
there were plenty of businessmen
willing to shell out thousands of dollars to young 'geniuses'
for almost any weird or wonderful proposal.
I happen to know such a young huckster
who received several hundred thousand dollars on pure speculation,
and who, to my knowledge, still has produced nothing.
