Educate me. Did Sirhan ever declare for the Palestinian cause? Was he protesting the 1968 Democratic Presidential nominee's support for Israel? If so, you've proven my point. If we maintained strict neutrality, this dispute would no more concern us than the one between the Hutus and the Tutsis.

He was arrested with pro-Palestinian literature on his person and some was found later in his boarding room. Also at the time of his arrest, a clipped newspaper article by RFK that was pro-Israeli was found in his shirt pocket. The info is available at www.crimelibrary.com. It's been a pleasure educating you today, feel free to ask anytime.

If we maintained strict neutralityNeutrality with the regards of an ally to exist? Why is it that Muslims think they can live anywhere in the world they wish, but Jews and others cannot live in the Mideast? There were Jews in the Mideast and Christians long before there was such a thing as Islam ---so Islam has no special ownership of the Mideast or anywhere else.
If we did maintain strict neutrality we would not have helped the Albanian Muslims against the Serbs --and I don't see Arab whining about our involvement in that. We should have let the Serbs do what they wished in their country if we should stay out of the Middle East affairs.
