I'm from Colorado and there's a lot of pissed off people here, too, and to hell with the Sierra CLub and their stupid policies. We aren't going to take it anymore!

Organize a freep of their offices! Get some media attention on them before they are able to get their propaganda out. The Colorado Sierra Club is here:

Get this from their website:

Who We Are: Lisa Lewis Lisa Lewis, a Colorado Native, a Sierra Club member and the current Chair of the Gay and Lesbian Section (GLS), has been concerned with the environment's fragile state and population growth since her youth. Read more...

Isn't that special?

The Southwest Forest Alliance out of Albuquerque, NM are the real wackos.

Couple of years ago where I live, the Forest Service wanted to thin "tracts" as an experimental project. The Sierra Club sat down with the Forest Service and came up with the plan, only to have these jerks from NM file a lawsuit that stopped it.

The same people threatened to sue the ADOT because the DOT was wanted to widen a road. FIVE trees would have needed to be taken down. The SWFA threatened a lawsuit. The plans to widen the road were dropped.

These people are *truly* dangerous nuts. They aren't as visible as the Sierra Club (yet) but far, far more unreasonable.
