Fiber evidence is not helping DW right now. At this point, it looks like DW's only chance is that witnesses are only being allowed to use the word 'similar' rather than 'matches'. That said, I still accept the possibility that there is an explanation or the possibility that the orange fibers are 'different' and the prosecutor is simply not disclosing that in his examination of his witness. If they are indeed different, Feldman wil hammer the point home and make it look, once again, like the prosecutor is not being truthful with the jury.
It is almost always wise to address the obvious potential problem areas first to avoid looking dishonest. Best just to adress the issues upfront and answer the questions you must know the jury will be thinking about.

I think the fiber experts can never say "match". But she established that the fiber found in Danielle's necklace was as close to matching as she was allowed to say.
My feed is dropping in and out bigtime.

Feldman is going over numerous >40 red fibers found on sheet used to hold Daniele's body. Also red fibers in her hair and on her body. Clark did not mention these fibers.
Anyone know the color of the sparkly outfit?

No reason that DW should expect that the prosecution's evidence is going to help him!
I agree the evidence seems to be getting stronger, but I don't think we've reached critical mass yet. Also, atleast 30 days of defense to go.
