The strange twist here is that DW may be fried with the help of "child porno", that the Supreme Court declared was legal, after DW was charged! That virtual child porn may be legal, per se, does not mean that it can't be evidence of DW's intent and motive.
I don't think we'd see that evidence without the porno charge.
