Something is not right with DVD and maybe BVD about that entire night. For them to be up that late and in and out of the house letting the dog out, alarm on, doors opened that should not be, and not looking in the kids rooms makes no sense to me.
I have always looked in on the kids, always! When I wake to pee or get up in the morning, especially if my child has been asleep for 12 hours. I dont think that is normal for a kid to sleep 12 hours. It is obvious he checked on the dog more then he did his daughter.
Something is up and the defense knows it.

I agree. Damon as man of the house, is the dominate protector of his most valuable assets=his family. The fact that he found his home security violated, and logically did not suspect or check that his children (9, 7, and 4) may be up and playing with the doors is incriminating. In fact Damon testified that he found the doors open and his home security violated and he thought nothing of it.....
Interesting that the morning of Danielle's disappearance, under Damon's testimony, Brenda yells while looking for Danielle in Danielle's room: "Damon where is Danielle?" Geese, Brenda knew he was in charge.... What is Damon's excuse? He was sleepy....He can't remember....The dog had to go...
