In the interests of justice and truth, I have to sometime wonder why the prosecution is not obligated to turn over to the defense, exculpatory evidence. For example, the prosecution was not exactly forthcoming with some of the sliding glass door fingerprint evidence and the .22 shell evidence.

The defense certainly was given the .22 evidence, else how could they have brought it up? Same for all the other evidence.
There have been zero requests for, therefore zero given, sanctions on the prosecution for discovery violation.

Why does it seem that Feldman is pointing to the body as having been placed there sometime between the 16th and 18th - but he doesn't seem to be pointing to Damon as having anything to do with it - we all know when Damon did his search - but the jury doesn't - do you think Feldman will be able to bring that up?
