What about those who propose genocide against certain religions?
I have no great love for Islam, but I do not believe anyone should propose slaughtering 1000's or millions of Muslims.

Jim and his moderators would like to state that they do not tolerate any kind of genocide or racist statements, and that they were all out taking a leak when these "kill-all-muslims" posts made it onto the board. They would further like to state that all posters are quite equal at Free Republic, and that in fact, in a major step forward for the concept of Equality, some are even way more equal than others.
Unless you have some kind of proof to the contrary, your feelings would be noble were it not for the fact THEY feel just the opposite about you and yours...
My wife is a better student of the Bible than I, but she tells me that God instructed the Jews to kill every man, woman, child and domestic animal when they conquered a land. They didn't and were punished for their stupidity. Are you second-guessing God?
I think I may have made a statement that they are all the enemy, and I do believe that you cannot live peacefully with the enemy amongst you, and perhaps I may have made statements that others were banned for, one will never know. One can make a statement that 'the enemy should be destroyed' without being banned, so it is a matter of opinion, nothing more.
Those who want them banned aren't bringing all sides into the discussion. After all, I have not seen any Amish folk strapping grenades to their children lately, just to make a point.
Besides, I enjoyed when CommonTater would go on a rant, as a disruptor, but then I had the chance to put him/her in their place with common sense and logic. Isn't the reason for the board to persuade others to your point of view? I think all liberals should be banned, but what fun would that be?
