As I understand it (and I havn't seen it)the consent decree says "FULL".

And while I don't think Jim and the moderators will like it (sorry Jim) that means the total article LESS ONE WORD.

But being a loyal FReeper, and since it ain't my money on the line...I'm gonna do what Jim tells me :-)
