I didn't mean to sound like a scold, either.

YES YES YES I GOT HIM BACK!!!! 7 days with me 7 with his dad until formal hearing to put immediately on the docket. Not before dad does a full psych evaluation though and I volunteer to take too since I have nothing to hide and dont believe I am God like he does.
Ex showed his butt, no lawyer, kept screwing up, detective was a witness, he admitted not contacting either me or the detectives because "he had no legal obligation to do so". The judge advised him to get a lawyer for the full hearing LOL! Found out his mommy was playing both ends talking to me and him and Im not shocked. More proof since I saved everything she sent me. He brought up my past divorce and how my kids dont see their father and thats why he felt the need to run so I wouldnt do that with him. Problem is he was a witness in that proceeding to my ex's drug addiction, threats and abuse. Oh well, lawyer and he had words hehehe, lawyer told him he has never been so dissappointed in someone he had respect for then my ex, and told him YOURE A LIAR EVERYTHING OUT OF YOUR MOUTH IS A LIE (in thr hall).
after we talked and I asked if he loved me *playing dumb per lawyers advice* and he said yes but my filing this ruined any chance (whaaaa like I want one lol). I know he is with this girl in ashville nc for sure and he is getting a LAN line installed. So maybe g/f played his game where I wouldnt and is supporting him. She can have him! I just wish any feelings I have for him would go away. Thats the hardest.
He gave him back without ANY clothes and a few diapers no bedding nothing. SO now I have to figure that out lmao. ANyways Im off to a job interview so I can get a place of my own. Hate to leave the baby so quick but I have to so I can have a job. Thanks for all the prayers!!! Now just pray the next session works out joint of full in my favor with him having standard visits. One week on and one week off makes a child have no real place to call home. I just want normalcy. Val
