It's Monday morning about 9AM. Valerie is in court. She said he showed up without the baby. Lets see what happenes. Lets pray the judge will order him to hand the baby over today.
About the nasty post on FR. It seems that post came from the Santa Clara Calif.area. That area is known for it's beaches and surfin. Which confirms it must have been someone who was banned from FR for posting awful stuff on the Billy Thread. I suspect that last awful post were by him. I have recieved emails from freepers who have visited the links he provided regarding my daughter. They contain viruses. So please don't go there. Obviously this person had worked hard to send anyone from FR who visited thoses links a virus.

Valerie went to church on Sunday and reaffirmed her faith in Christ. She told me she was going to get re-baptisted, and begin her Christian walk again. Her son, our 2nd grandson was "Saved" yesterday at our church. He acknowledged Jesus is Lord, and recieve a beautiful children's Bible, which he hasn't put down since. He woke up early to read some of it. So as you can see, the forces of evil are angry and are trying to upset all of us. Hang in ther and keep praying. Thank you for all you've done. I'll keep you posted.

Praise God for his working in Val's life and in your other grandson's life. I hope the judge would issue an order to show cause of some sort, i.e., turn over the child or be in contempt of court and thus subject to arrest.

Oh, Teacup. What wonderful news about Val and 2nd grandson. It never ceases to amaze me how God takes desperate situations and turns them around. He does love "a humble and contrite spirit." When we go to Him with our broken hearts, he gives much more to us in unexpected ways. Our lives are blessed in deeper ways than we even imagined.

Praying for a deeper faith and knowledge of God for Val and grandson. Thank the Lord that He is ever present and ready to help and save.

Thats a start. The judge will order that his original order stands or that the child be placed in a neutral environment until his lies can be disproved. If he orders that Billy be placed, you need to offer your services for this. At least that way, Mini_T knows the child is safe.

My mother was ordered to care for my kids until he and I finished psych evaluations and the final hearings.

Here's praying the judge sees through his lies, and orders Billy returned to Mommy.
