No problem. There is a time and a place to debate who is the better parent in different cases. Obviously, this is one of those where the answer is clear. If the father in this case was a responsible father, he would go through the legal system to get his son, and since they are just starting the divorce process, I don't see how it is likely that the custody hearing would have already taken place. It is very obvious to me that he is
not a stable person, since he took his son against court orders and given his violent background.
I have seen mothers who should not even be mothers, believe me. They just dump their kids with whoever is most convenient. This has nothing to do with this case, however. He has already proven by his prior and current actions that he should not be alone with the child.

Again, I think Beachdude was simply saying that this particular kidnapper (and that's what he is morally, if not legally) is simply utilizing a tactic that normally is used by women. Or at least that's what he seemed to be saying...
