Bring Billy Home!!!

The way I understand it, the Mother has gone to the Courts and been granted emergency temporary custody. If the Father has a problem with this, then he is free to return to the Court and tell the judge his story and request overturn of the order. He has chosen not to do this and to ignore the Court Order. He needs to rethink this and bring the baby home and obey the courts. The longer he runs with the baby, the less his chance of even getting visition rights are.

I'm not an expert at divorce law, is that father's position that since he is in the process of filing for divorce that until he recieves the emergency custody judgement documents VIA process server he is entitled to summer custody of the child?

I wonder if the authorities left a message on his cell saying that he is damaging his chances at future visitation if this continues.
