Other than such notorious figures, the INS is likely to collide with Schey in court whenever it tries to turn away foreigners who want to be here. And American taxpayers will probably end up paying Schey's legal bills in the process. Seems to me the head of the INS Zeiglar would be Mr. Schey's best friend. They both believe in open borders and no enforcement of the law. Ziggy has to be every immigration lawyer's dream.
