Add to that....
DIVERSITY
SENSITIVITY
TOLERANCE

Feel free to add your own, as I am sure I have left a lot out...

The term, "You guys."
I you were to use the term, "You gals" or "You dolls," you risk being brought up on harrassment charges.

People who go to Renaissance Faires attempting to speak as people did during the Renaissance. They are wearing sunglasses, wristwatches, and cell phones and they think they need to try to be "authentic."
People who are so into Star Trek, they speak in Klingon.

"Press 1 for English."
People who respond sarcastically, saying "Duh-uh!!" or "Ya think???" when someone tells them something they already knew.
Redundancies like "young teenagers."
"Could of," "should of," etc., especially when people say "could of went."
People who say they're "anxious" to do something when they really mean they're eager.
People who make up words that don't exist, like "orientated."
People who pronounce "height" as "hyth."
Posters who neglect to add an "s" on words ending with "ist" to make them plural. As in, "I'm so sick of all those feminist!" Or "We must stop letting terrorist into the country."
