Surely you don't mean that, Kim... I hate to be the one to point out to you the times "Law Enforcement" in this country has rushed to judgement, and has been tragically and horribly wrong! Maybe others can help here, for I am worried that Kim will think I am piling on, but I can't believe she meant what she typed!

Randy Weaver is a PERFECT example of being victimized by LE..the whole entire ruby ridge episode is one of the most fearful and scary moments in the U.S. history. There are other examples of defendants being victimized... who should we trust?

WHo do you want to trust in this murder trial?

If justice has gone bad in this case, if there really is a major conspiracy from the investigators to the judicial system what do you propose we do?

Should you trust the defendant who told police can't remember what he did after he left dad's that night? (he had a blackout)

Jaded, that brings what, 5-11 yr sentence? Well, it appears that the child porn brings forth motive.. if the pics are not child porn, the prosecution team are a bunch of idiots aren't they?
