21. "RE: DW's soooooo guilty." Layla is gonna be a big role player in helping Danielle's killer get the needle. Even though she was a 10 month old puppy too immature to guard and protect Danielle she will in her death help her. Brenda testified that Danielle, while in her PJs, liked to wrestle with Layla. They laid the groundwork for how the hairs got onto the PJs. And from the PJs to the comforter, RV carpet. And from the comforter to the dryer lint. This indicates Danielle was wrapped inside the comforter for transportation to the RV. While being wrapped in the comforter the hairs from her PJs transferred to the comforter. This is why so many hairs were found in the dryer lint.
Ya know, this group that latches on to innuendo and flies from "If A=B, then C=D" really scares me. I've always hoped the justice system was for that purpose: justice ...which comes from the word just (1. right or fair; 2. righteous; 3. deserved; 4. lawful; 5. proper; 6. correct or true; 7. accurate or exact).
One thing about this I would question would be...was she nude when she was removed from her home. (hence the pj s on the floor w/blood on the left sleeve.
That'd make no sense. If you're suggesting that all of Layla's hairs in the MH & everywhere else, were from the PJs because Danielle wrestled, she would have to have her PJs with her when she left the house & wrapped in the comforter & carpet.
If the PJs are in her room, and she was taken nude, then where did all of Layla's hair come from?
Were those the PJs she was wearing or weren't they? I always thought she left/was abducted with PJs on. When everyone was looking for her, they said she was last seen in pajamas, but they're laying in her room.
It would seem that if the pajamas she was wearing were inside out in her room that she wasn't wearing any. It doesn't seem likely to me that all the dog hair the witness described would fall off her bare skin alone. At least I know if I wrestle with my full grown lab, at the peak of his shedding, that I don't have that much hair clinging to my skin. JMO
