Back to the possible pubic hair - I happened to see just this part of the trial today - did you catch the look on DW's face when they first said it was a pubic hair - the most expression I've seen him have - like "huh?" Don't know what it means - just an observation. From the description the lady was giving of the hair - it seemed to me like an animal hair - she said white - then she said light - and wavy. Sounds exactly like my brother-in-law's dog's hair which gets all over everything - it's about 1.5" to 2" long - light - and looks like it was done with one of those crimping curling irons (girl thing) - it's really wavy. Did they say it for sure was a pubic hair (or just consistent with one?) I'm no expert in that area - but I wouldn't describe one as wavy - and as for being light or white - don't even natural blonds have sort of darker blond hair around there? I've never heard of white hair - anybody?

Something is wierd about the vacuum cleaner story.  It just doesn't make sense to me. I mean, when did BVD have time to even think about vacuuming that weekend???

The fact is there is evidence of Danielle in DW's home and RV and possibly of him and/or his home/RV at the Dehesa site.

The above is in my post #531 addressed to you where I said possibly. I see others are discussing possible evidence like sunglasses that may or may not come before the jury. Fair enough---we're all discussing what has been presented, what has been foreshadowed to be presented and outright speculation.

suspicious of DW

Everyone can be suspicious of DW, it's killing him that I think requires lot's of proof. Like where, when, and how did DW do it?

True - but it seemed like Feldman was saying that this is something that she would have or should have known about - if LE had thought it important enough to bring to her attention - maybe LE didn't find it important - but why? I hope we find out.
I checked out the thread earlier on mini-teacup's missing little boy - it is teacup's grandson - the abduction is by the father - he is avoiding being served in a custody ruling issue. Hopefully he loves the boy and would not hurt him - you never know though - people do crazy things for revenge and over anger at court rulings. mini-teacup must be a wreck - I hope it's resolved safely.

Believe it or not, there are people elsewhere who think Damon is a better suspect. After all he is his own alibi for 4 hours.

Yep, Steam cleaner in the hall, vacuum cleaner in the MB. Here's what they didn't find:

Sterilizing machine in the MB closet. Incinerator in the basement. (good for getting rid of bloodstained clothing)

Just My Opinion, but I think Damon was told to put on this 'act' by his PR team or he thought of it himself. Maybe he gets on the INTERNET and heard people saying he shows no emotion, he doesn't act like the father of a dead child, etc.

What exactly would it mean if Feldman can link those chemically treated hairs in the RV to BVD? Could the Aussie tabloid have been right? Or - if the prosecution would then try to counter with cross contamination - like BVD's hair was tracked in by LE or from the cookie sale day or that night at the bar - they'd blow thier whole case. Of course Feldman's innuendo is not fact - but it will be interesting to find out. I think if it is BVD's hair (not just similar to) - the jurors will be so confused - they will feel deceived and find DW innocent.

Speaking of plans, wonder what time Damon and Bill Libby was planning to leave on their trip that day (Saturday)? And wonder why Billy Libby didn't testify along with half of SS?
