Really who did it isn't the question before the jury. The jury presumes the innocence of Westerfield, and then answers the question as to whether the facts and testimony presented before them consitutes a finding beyond any reasonable doubt that Westerfield murdered Danielle.

If anyone has to make a case, it is the prosecution -- that is what presumed innocent means.

But they didn't test it to see who it might belong to?

Did you hear the testimony I was referring to here? They were looking for colortreated hair, that resembled bvd. Apparently this was dark brown color treated hair that feldman is referring to or am I wrong about that?

group of hairs on chart is the group/set of hairs that met the characteristics that they were looking for.. (nucleardna/root and Mdan)

I'm sorry..they didn't find color treated hair, they were looking for color treated hair. It was one of a list of characteristics they were looking for.but didn't find any so far.

Blue carpet. Hair pulled from there. Similar in diameter, color. Not DVD.

Hallway carpet. hair 9cm. Tapered tip. Treated. Light brown/blond. Did not compare to BVD.

Carpeted floor beneath nightstand in MH. 7.5cm. Similar in color, diam. Not DVD.Did not compare to BVD

Off white bedspread in MH. 20cm hair. Not similar in color. Color treated light brown blond. A 14.5 cm hair different diam. Hairs belong to two different people?

Didn't even compare them to each other to see if these bleach-blonde hairs may have come from the same person. Interesting that they appear all over the MH, from the front area by the driver's seat all the way back to the mattress cover on the bed.

What is the color of Barbara's hair, and that of BVD's other girl friends?

There seems to be so much hair belonging to people other than Danielle it seems to me that a few Danielle hairs, especially if her dogs hair was found in the MH in numerous places, would not be unusual or out of line. After all, if he did a decent job cleaning up, why were all these other hairs found as well?

I am really undecided on this case at this point, but the prosecutor has much more work to do.
