As I've been saying, the next suicide airliner attack will be a professional saudi pilot in a saudi plane. Best to ban any Middle Eastern airliners from overflying or landing near urban centers in the USA.

They'll be able to save on costs by skipping the "landing" part of the training.
On a more serious note, from what I remember in discussion from earlier, I think the hi tech flight simulators used in airliner training aren't all that easy to come by, I hope that given the state of the world that the US government declares these simulators military equipment and bans their export.

,,, route all flights ex Saudi and the Emirates thru Kuala Lumpur and clear them thru the Marshall Islands. That will keep pressure off Europe and the UK - as well as revenue, but who cares? Trans-ship them to US carriers at the Marshall Islands stage and load their fares accordingly.
Israeli air traffic doesn't get hi-jacked, so they could remain with their present operational routing.

"It will be one of the most modern pilot training centres in the world," said Mohammed Abdullah al-Angari, general manager of the Projects and Trading Company, a private firm contracted by Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) to build the centre. And you can get your pilot's license in half the time and for half the cost of comparable schools! (Landing lessons sold separately.)
