You can give no proof, you can cite no studies, all you can do is say ,"The nonsmokers have to have the governments help to do this because the business owners won't do it themselves."
That is where you are wrong. It's not the non-smokers, it's the ANTI-SMOKERS that want and NEED the governments help.
