No they're not. This has been a screaming success; population control from the Slave Party and its UN lackeys at its finest. If anyone has any doubts of what is planned for the US as its family farms disappear and its ag production goes over seas, you have only to watch the preview.
People can be evil, vicious, depraved, fanatical, etc. and still be foolish. Foolishness does not necessarily mean unsuccessful. Hitler was foolish, being certain that he could conquer the world. Al-queda was foolish, thinking that the USA would not attack them in Afghanistan.
Not to impune the points you raised. Unfortunately, I am not sufficiently aware of the polictical situation in Africa, except for the general understanding that most goverment there consists of corrupt dictatorships ("President for life" etc.) And that the vestiges of European colonialism (probably the best thing that ever happened to africa) are rapidly being wiped out -- to the detriment of those who remain.
Not sure what you mena by ag business vis the USA. Large concerns displacing family farms? Methinks the situation in the USA is somewhat different thanthat of Africa in this regard.
Foolishness does not necessarily mean unsuccessful.
At least, initially.
