This seems to be an ongoing problem for Feldman. However, others would have you believe that it is just the opposite, despite the fact that Feldman still has to ask for copies of stuff during the trial. Go figger.

I'm still not clear on the comforters.

He takes 2 to the dry cleaners before returning home....1 is seen by Parga on top of the dryer (2/4..sd dirty like from camping)..none are seen on beds 2/4.

2/5..new one is folded on corner of the MB bed..(only sheets and pillowcases are taken as evidence)....MH now has the bedspread on it..(supposedly with blood stain)...and one is taken from dryer 2/5.

Is the one now on MH, the one that had been on the dryer 2/4 and did he take it back to MH at 1:30 that day when looking for cell phone..(with blood evidence on it?) and when did he have time to wash it before 1:30 and the one in dryer is another comforter?

Have I confused myself?

IMO, it would seem to me to be a advantage to the defense:

1. Creates doubts about the reliability of the evidence.
2. Cause subtle distrust of the prosecution.
3. Would be grounds for appeal if DAs office fudged or side-stepped discovery.
