Beg to differ; When was the last time you saw somebody in a court room refuse a judges order to sit and stay,and then get away with walking out? THIS is what Rendell got away with threatening to do,and there is no way in hell anybody with less political clout than him could ever get away with this.

Most depositions have the two parties to a suit, their lawyers, and a stenographer to record the session. It's not often that a judge sits in unless Federal depositions are different.

We're talking about depositions here; nobody does depositions in a courtroom in front of a judge. The closest I have EVER seen is when a judge ordered us all to take the deposition at the courthouse, down the hall from him, so we could be close to him so he could rule on motions; and that ONLY reason we had to do that was because the attorney was acting just like Larry Klayman appears to have acted in this very case -- for almost FOUR YEARS before he ordered us into the courthouse.
