Gee,I wonder what would happen to any of US who told a judge they would walk away from a court proceeding they were ordered to be at? Nothing if we were asked the same kind of questions totally unrelated to our purpose for being there. People being deposed have a right not to answer certain questions at a deposition and can be forced to answer those questions only after the Federal judge has heard the question and thinks it has any probative value. Typical Klayman crap, he will probably end up with the Adams paying Rendell a million dollars.

That's not the same thing as saying you can just get up and walk out any time you want. Cross one of those prima donnas on the bench,and they WILL lock you up.
