I am posting in a website operated by Muslims in Fresno who are trying to convert Latins to the Islamic Faith. Go over there and read some of the comments in the Guestbook. Oh, some of these postings are intriguing! Here's a few of the best:
- Assalamu alaykum. I am the Latin American Muslim Unity webmaster. I have cleared the guestbook on 4-17-02 due to the prevalence of unIslamic messages. If this recurs I will simply remove the guestbook. (looks like they've had problems before)
- We really wanted to talk to some people in the U.S., since Islam (Al-hamdulillah) is widly accepted here and still increasing so fast, to try to find some people and ask them about Islam in S.America (so much for the idea of "every Muslim is oppressed in America!")
- I want to know when We will rule. For too long we have waited without power while the Westerners and Kufirs mocked and shamed us. We invented all sciences, medicine, mathematics. We created the beautiful poetry and books. Now too many of our people live in poverty and oppression because of the material success of the West. We are good people, Allah's people. The glory of our civilisation will rise again In Sha' Allah.

Dawoud, shouldn't we let Allah rule our selves, not ourselves to rule ourselfs. Because ALlah is all-Powerful.
