The evangelicals have been touting their "successes" in this region. Perhaps their triumph is short-lived?

This is good thing because... ? Your post surely seems to express some measure of happiness to find that their "success" is short-lived.

Yes, I have a problem with evangelical "conversions," because they're based solely on emotion. Once that runs out--which it invariably will--there's not much left.

The Muslims apparently have stolen into the vacuum.

That said, it should be noted that we're talking about relatively trivial numbers here. I don't know if this is a trend or not, but I find it fascinating from a sociological point of view.
