Isn't it south of I-20? I seem to remember always getting on the belt heading southwest when I would drive there from Augusta.

Nope. Six Flags is on the opposite side of the river, and south of I-20, but Charlie Brown is north of the freeway. The actual boundaries are MLK Ave. (GA 139), Fulton Ind. Blvd. (GA 70) and the Chattahoochee River. It's about a half mile from the intersection of MLK & FIB south to I-20.
